In 2015, the transportation system of the entire region will launch a battle to optimize the road network structure around national and autonomous region strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative. Taking the trunk highways as the axis of opening up to the outside world, we will strengthen cooperation with Russia, Mongolia, and surrounding provinces and regions in key passages, key nodes, and key projects. We will start construction of the Ganqimaodu Linhe and other port highways, striving to fully open up dead end roads and unequal sections in the district by 2017, and achieve high-level connectivity with important nodes in Russia, Mongolia, and surrounding provinces and regions; Construction of the Linhe Hami Expressway will commence, connecting the northern Silk Road and providing support for the autonomous region to accelerate its integration into the Silk Road Economic Belt. We will also accelerate the construction of the road network in the radiation area of the Silk Road, promote the construction of highways such as Jingpeng to Xilinhot, and start the construction of highways such as Tongliao to Lubei, in order to provide a fast track for direct access to coastal ports and integration into the Maritime Silk Road from east to south.

At the same time, focusing on ensuring and improving people's livelihoods, accelerating the construction of oil roads in every village, adding 1000 asphalt and cement roads to Gacha Village, and renovating 10000 kilometers of new roads; Implement the hardening project for 5000 streets and alleys in Gacha Village, with a hardening mileage of 15000 kilometers, and basically complete the hardening task of streets and alleys in the entire district.
